“Trika” means “three” and refers to an interfaith collaboration by the Rev. Dr. John Dupuche (a Catholic Parish Priest); Swami Samnyasanand (a Yogi and Neuroscientist from the Satyananda tradition) and Ven. Lobsang Tendar (a Tibetan Buddhist Monk). They recently went to Dharamsala together to visit his Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.

Each is highly experienced in various aspects of meditation and collectively they explore the art, the science, the philosophy & theology of consciousness in seminars and workshops that are unique in Australia.

 Seminars @ the Padma Centre

Classical Tantra

If you want to learn various meditation techniques from the richness of three different spiritual traditions, these seminars will provide you with that opportunity.

They will be held at the Padma Centre from 2-5 pm.
Please arrive early so we can start on time.
You will need to bring a cushion and a blanket
or covering for the meditations.

Your investment is $30 ($20 concession)
and 3 hours of your time.

(1) Saturday 12 April from 2 - 5 pm

(2) Saturday 31 May from 2 - 5 pm

(3) Saturday 19 July from 2 - 5 pm

This is a series of meditations and interactive tutorials on the sacred elements of life.
