With science degrees in Psychology and Physiology from the University of Adelaide, plus honours in Physiology, completed in The Centre for Sleep Research at The Queen Elizabeth hospital in Adelaide.

Design and run “Science of Sleep" for Monash Medical School, 2011.

Specialist Consultant on Yoga for Sleep and the science behind Yoga and Meditation on a 2 x 1-hour science series investigating why lack of sleep is slowly killing us for a National Geographic / SBS TV documentary called "DEAD TIRED" by film director Paul Scott, Paul Scott Films, Sydney Australia, 2008.

Design and run “Clinical Yoga" for Less stress and Better Sleep, a program for medical students, at Monash Medical School, 2007-2011.

Design, write student learning manual and run a 3-month “Yoga Instructor” Training Course for Amore Fitness Centres in Singapore, 2004.

Design, conduct Yoga Teacher Training in “Physiology of Pranayama” and “Breathing and the Brain” for Yoga Pilates Training Academy, Byron Bay, Australia, 2003.

Conduct Yoga Teacher Training modules in “Physiology of Meditation”, “Breathing and the Brain” and “Physiology of Relaxation” for Toowoomba School of Yoga “Diploma of Health (Yoga)” Sept, 2002.

Consultant and specialist trainer in “Physiology of Meditation” and “Physiology of Relaxation” for Keogh Consulting Pty Ltd, in “LDP II” Corporate training modules with Motorola Australia Ltd, 2002 - 2003.

Design and conduct Teacher Training modules in “The physiology of breathing and pranayama” and “Applications of physiology in meditation & relaxation” for Satyananda Yoga Academy, NSW, 2002.

Design & conduct “Yoga for Stress” and “Physiology of Relaxation” training programs for “Beyond Me” modules of medical student curriculum, Medical Education Unit, University of Adelaide. 2002 - 2003.

Presenting breathing and relaxation skills for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder clients of the “Vietnam Veterans Counselling Service” in Hobart, Tasmania, 2000-2002.

Design & conduct 8-week programs on “Yoga for Stress & Relaxation” Adelaide University Students Union, 1998-2002.

Conduct two-day “In-service Yoga Teacher Training” for Satyananda Yoga Academy, Sydney, 2001.

Design a new Masters in Applied Yogic Sciences course for the “Bihar Yoga Bharati” University in Munger, Bihar INDIA, Jan – Feb 1998.

Teacher training on “The Neurophysiology of Yoga” for Satyananda Yoga Centre, Tasmania, 2001.

Develop and implement in-house and contractual programs in MBTI, team effectiveness and other programs during 1992 – 1997 with Keogh Consulting Pty Ltd.
