Shuddhi has been teaching Yoga full time for the last 10 years in Retirement villages for the aged, Drug and Alcohol Rehab, Gyms, Community Centres, in the Corporate world, Disabilitie services etc plus her own private classes.

Trading under the name “Yoga Mystic” she runs Yoga retreats 3 times a year and regularly spends time in Ashrams in both Australia and India.

Nettie has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and has taught people from all walks of life from age 11 to 95 years old.

She is a qualified and experienced yoga teacher, a member of the Yoga Teachers Association of Australia and the Australia Fellowship of Yoga Teachers Assoc (inc).

Yoga is her life. Life is Yoga.
