Craig Hopkins - Tai Chi

Tai Chi was developed by the ancient Chinese people’s knowledge in holistic health from living an harmonious life with nature. It is a branch of Chinese medicine, a form of meditation and a martial art.

Sifu Craig Hopkins has 17 years experience in Tai Chi Chuan and holds diplomas in Tai Chi Chuan & Shiatsu. He is a certified practitioner of Traditional Thai massage and holds classes at the Padma Centre Mondays 7-8 pm
