Tues 7-8.30pm - Yoga Mystic
Gentle Yoga with Shuddhi, for all levels

Wed 7.00-9.15pm - Yoga with Sarah
Hatha Relax   7.00pm – 8.00pm
A  gentle restorative hatha yoga class, including Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing) and Savasana (relaxation) to unwind & relax.

Hatha Flow   8.15pm – 9.15pm
Invigorating hatha yoga practice that combines a flowing sequence of postures, for strength, flexibility & balance in body, mind and spirit.

Thurs 7.30-9.00pm- Meditation
You need to be able to sit still and straight, either on the floor or in a chair for the meditations. Some discussion of principles. Generally more suited to those with some experience.

Fri 7.00-9pm - Master Class for Yoga Teachers
Usually the 3rd Fri/mth in 2008 (for yoga teachers only). Classes are an advanced forum in which to explore many of the questions that arise for yoga teachers. Classes are interactive, building a community of trust will focus on peer education and professional development.  Phone Swami: 95892108

Classes run from 7 – 9pm on the third Friday of each month from Feb - Nov (10 classes). You need to arrive by 6.45 for a 7pm start.
